A: Equipped with high-precision CNC machining centers and CMMs, we can consistently achieve tolerances within ±0.005mm, depending on the material and part geometry.

A: We implement PPAP and full dimension inspection. Each shipment includes a comprehensive Quality Document Package containing material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, and heat/surface treatment reports.
Q: Do you have the capability for concurrent R&D or engineering support for complex custom parts?
A: Yes, we offer DFX support(including DFM,DFC,DFA…). Our engineering team can review your design early to optimize manufacturability, helping to reduce production costs.

A: Upon receiving the 3D drawing (STEP format), we typically provide an initial quotation within 24-48 hours. Rapid prototypes can be completed in 7-10 working days, depending on complexity.

A: We operate our own fleet of CNC machines and have a network of strictly audited subcontractors. Our scheduling system allows for dynamic adjustments, and we offer video remote monitoring for critical orders.
Q: Do you have advantages in raw material sourcing? Can you source specific foreign brands of materials?
A: We maintain long-term partnerships with major domestic and international steel mills. We can strictly source materials per your specified brands (e.g.,进口 S136, 316L) and provide the original mill test certificates.
Q: We are very concerned about intellectual property. How do you protect the drawings we send you?
A: We strictly adhere to international Non-Disclosure Agreement standards. All drawings are managed on encrypted servers, and only process-specific views are shared with production staff, ensuring your technical patents are protected.
Q: Do you have stable, qualified suppliers for surface treatments like anodizing, nickel plating, or passivation?
A: Yes, our partner surface treatment suppliers are certified to automotive or aerospace standards. We conduct incoming inspections on all subcontracted processes to ensure coating thickness or oxide film quality meets export requirements.
Q: How do you ensure precision parts do not rust or get damaged during long-distance sea freight?
A: We use VCI anti-rust bags and individual partitioned packaging, reinforced with seaworthy export cartons. We can also customize moisture and rust prevention plans based on the climate of your destination.
Q: If a non-conforming or defective part is found upon arrival, what is your warranty or corrective action process?
A: We offer a 100% inspection and replacement guarantee for any confirmed non-conformities. Our standard procedure includes a thorough root cause analysis, submission of an 8D report, and we cover all costs for rework or replacement, including shipping, when the issue is on our side. We aim to resolve any quality claims within 5 working days.
